Our company is the first domestic nylon industry research and development of Color Spinning enterprises, currently specializing in nylon color spinning, monthly output of 1800 tons, has more than 300 mature colors, 50 kg can be ordered, is the only domestic nylon color spinning enterprises. 

Our company mastered the first class core technology of nylon filament yarns and doped dyed spinning in China,adopted international advanced coloring match system and self-design flexible system,thus we took the lead to achieve the excellent coloring match,even bobbin weight without yarn joint,as well as the production unit for switching the yarn colors,so these above enable us to satisfy the customers’ requirements of small order quantity,quick delivery,and established the new standard of dope dyed nylon yarn industry.

By means of our own unique “one step dope dying” technology, we made the dope dyed nylon filament yarn with many outstanding merits such as energy-saving and eco-friendly, color uniformity, great color fastness(reach 5 grades), quicker sample making, shorter lead-time and less worn-out, which well satisfied our customers. Our dope dyed nylon6 POY and DTY with specification from 15D-200D can be widely used on socks knitting, circular knitting, weaving and, yarns covered etc.

Our company have own dyeing factory.Dyed yarn has passed the certification of international authoritative environmental protection agency,and exported to Japan, the United States, Germany, Italy's enterprises.We carries out a rigid scientific management,have been IS09001,IS045001, OSHAS18001 certified and OEKO-TEX standard 100 certificate.
